We see far to many people interested only in the go fast parts like Turbos and Super Chargers, only to forget that the need to manage that speed with an equally improved braking system.
How do they work?
Big Brake Kits work by improving two basic items. The first is increased rotor size. Larger rotors allow your car to absorb and dissipate more heat. The second is decreased flex, by stiffening the caliper and lines.
Things to consider
An important item to consider when selecting your Big Brake Kit upgrade, is to check for proper wheel fitment. Many (most) Big Brake Kit upgrades require you to have minimum wheels sizes to clear the new larger caliper.
